Hiring and Employment

RWTH Aachen University employs both academic and non-academic staff in many varying professions. The University also trains in many vocations. The announcement and filling of open positions is assumed by the individual University institutions, for example Central University Administration divisions or institutions in the faculties. Current job openings are updated daily in the RWTH jobs database. You should send applications directly to the institution mentioned in the job posting. 

If your application is successful, the Department of Human Resources will take over the hiring process.  Salaries and wages are paid by the Landesamt für Besoldung und Versorgung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
