Services
The return-to-work program, part of every employer's duty of care for employees who have fallen ill, is a service for all staff members who were either ill and unable to work for six weeks without interruption or repeatedly within the last 12 months.
Goals
BEM focuses on mutually clarifying:
- how the inability to work can be overcome,
- and avoided in the future, and
- how the ability to work can be maintained long term.
The goal is to maintain and protect the workplace!
In order to present the BEM process and answer questions, we are also happy to visit institutes or departments at the University.
Voluntary Program
BEM is only conducted with the affected employee's consent. It is completely voluntary, and all those involved in BEM are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
