Responsibilities
The Vice-Rector for Human Resources Management and Development is responsible for implementing measures that are part of the Human Resources Development Concept and Promotion of Young Professionals, taking equal opportunities and diversity into consideration. This includes responsibility for the sustainable establishment of family-friendly work and research structures. When it comes to embedding gender and diversity in University institutions, she receives support from the Rector's Staff Unit – IGaD (Integration Team – Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management.
As the RWTH Appointment Officer, she is also responsible for quality assurance and equal opportunities in appointment procedures.
