Diversity Management

Diversity and equal opportunities have been significant topics for years here at RWTH, they are topics we are actively tackling. It is our aim to build this University as a place where everyone can study, teach, work, and conduct research − free from prejudices, discrimination, and exclusion.”

Univ.-Prof. Ulrich Rüdiger, Rector of RWTH Aachen University

RWTH recognizes that excellent, innovative, and socially relevant science can only thrive in an environment that puts individuals first and treats all university members with their diverse life situations and goals with respect and appreciation.

On the following pages, you will find detailed information about our Diversity Strategy, further strategy papers on the topic, stakeholders, advising opportunities, and continued education offers as well as further knowledge and recommendations on how you can consider and reflect on the topic in your own life.
