MoveOn

With automation and robotics moving into underground mining, certain basic requirements for the workforce need to be met. Automated mobile equipment pose a new challenge in terms of occupational health and safety (OHS). Especially with regard to reliable collision avoidance systems different ways to ensure OHS exist. This analysis is to find out which is the best way to ensure OHS. At Institute for Mineral Resources Machine Technology we will consider the results of this analysis for setting the focus of our future research.
