German Language Tutor with STARRING Aachen

 

STARRING Aachen is looking for German-language tutors to support refugees who want to take up studies and who for this reason are preparing for the German language examination for university entrance (DSH).

Your responsibility as a tutor is to prepare and give tutorials focusing on listening comprehension and text production, based on feedback from the refugees. In this process, you will receive support from the STARRING team. The location for the tutorials will be a study room in RWTH’s MOGAM building.

Your activity as a language tutor will be recognized as part of RWTH Aachen University’s “Certificate International.“ The minimum requirement for this is to hold at least four (preferably consecutive) tutorials. Your participation in the STARRING initiative would be recognized as a mandatory elective component.
