Evaluation of Education Services
The Evaluation of Education Services is a survey of the quality of education services at RWTH. It aims to evaluate and look more closely at the various units that are involved in teaching and learning through the services they provide, such as the Central Examination Office, the Student Advice Centre, the International Office, the Center for Teaching and Learning Services, the IT Center, Facilities Management, or the University Library.
Surveys are conducted with both instructors and students to determine how satisfied these two groups are with the respective service units.
The results are presented in central committees, such as the Rectorate Commission for Quality Management in Education (RKL), and find their way into the QM system cycle. Among other things, they are discussed at the Education Round Table, and measures derived from them are fed into the existing catalog of measures.
The survey results and an ongoing review of the measures derived from them are intended to continuously keep improving our organizational processes.
