Student Lifecycle Management
Student Lifecycle Management, or SLCM for short, supports the administration of students for the entire lifecycle from enquiry, through application and registration, to graduation. The aim of all SLCM activities is to ensure a smooth student experience.
In 2021, the RWTH Rectorate adopted an SLCM organizational structure that will enable all areas of the university to be optimally supported in teaching, learning, and administration, even in the face of future changes, thanks to clearly defined competencies and responsibilities.
The SLCM Team plays a central role in this process-oriented structure. The team integrates the perspectives of the faculties, the IT Center, and the Central University Administration (ZHV). It initiates, prioritizes and supports university-wide projects to further improve all SCLM activities in collaboration with a wide range of university institutions.
