RWTH Alumni Association of Japan

The alumni club was officially established at the German Embassy in Tokyo on October 21, 2017.

Among other activities, which are outlined in more detail in its bylaws, the association seeks to foster German-Japanese research collaboration, promote the exchange between alumni and their home university with the help of grants and scholarships, and support collaboration between RWTH and Japanese companies as well as educational and research institutions.

Furthermore, it seeks to support the integration of RWTH alumni into Japanese culture and into the Japanese job market.
