In order to enroll, you must fulfill requirements in addition to general admissions requirements. We explain what they are.
Proof of Health Insurance Cover
Everyone who studies at RWTH Aachen University is required to prove that they have sufficient health insurance cover when they register with the University. They are also required to ensure that this cover remains active throughout their time at the University.

Self Assessment
Individuals who wish to enroll in a Bachelor course of study, must participate in a course of study specific Self Assessment Test. Participation in a Self Assessment is mandatory and is an enrollment requirement for all Bachelor courses of study except for medicine and dentistry.
Particulars in Physics
In order to enroll in the first core semester of the Bachelor in physics, you must submit documentation of participation in the RWTH Aachen Mathematics and Natural Sciences Online Self Assessment and an Info Day.
In order to enroll in the first core semester of the Bachelor Teacher Training program in physics, you must submit documentation of participation in the RWTH Aachen Teacher Training Online Self Assessment. Participation in an Info Day is recommended.
Preliminary Internship
In some courses of study, applicants must prove that they have completed a preliminary internship. Please refer to your course of study description to see if this applies to you.
