nrw: exchange – Your Scholarship for the UK

 

You would like to embark on a research stay in Great Britain or Northern Ireland at short notice? You now have the opportunity to secure a UK Scholarship and have your project funded by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD. Successful candidates will be provided with 1,100 euros per month and receive a travel allowance worth 250 euros.

Together with the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the DAAD provides public funding for bachelor's and master's students to spend a period of at least 10 days and up to a maximum of 2 months in the United Kingdom.

RWTH students of all disciplines from their 2nd semester of study onwards are eligible to apply. The scholarships are intend to fund research for a seminar paper or final thesis. Stays intended to build language skills are not supported. For further information (in German), please visit the DAAD website.
