Publicizing Job Openings

There are two possibilities for publicizing open positions for graduates at RWTH Aachen. One, you can enter the position in our jobs database, and thus reach a larger audience of potential applicants. In addition to online publicizing, we will send the announcement to the departments and disciplines that fit your desired profile. This service, 21 days of activation in the RWTH online jobs database, and the forwarding to respective departments, costs a 100 Euros handling fee (not including tax).

Second, we can hang your advertisement on the Career Center bulletin boards that can be found at several locations around the university. Please be aware, however, that in the current online semester there are only very few students on the RWTH premises due to the corona restrictions.

In order to publicize an open position, please upload your job advertisement and free-of-charge bulletin board postings into our system. In case of advertisements that are subject to a service fee, please make sure to include an invoice address, your VAT number, and, if applicable, your internal order number. Please ensure that these specifications are accurate as they cannot be modified at a later stage.

We also offer discounts if you would like to post multiple positions simultaneously. You can also find further information on discounts in the online sytem; discounts are automatically applied when you place your order online.

Professionals

Are you also looking for professionals with work experience? Then you can publish your job on the jobs portal for RWTH alumni. In addition to posting your job opening in the Jobs Portal for former students of RWTH, the Alumni Team will advertise it to the alumni groups on Xing (approx. 16,000 members) and LinkedIn (approx. 7,000 members) and in the Alumni Newsletter.

This allows you to reach out to a large number of RWTH graduates, some of whom already have several years of professional experience. Your job will be posted for 21 calendar days. This service costs 200 euros (plus VAT); publication of the fifth and tenth job vacancy within a year are free of charge.
