Dates and Deadlines
This program is a joint degree program, in which three universities are involved: RWTH Aachen University, TU Delft, and ETH Zürich.
The strengths and complementary specializations of the three universities are combined in the two year program. During the periods in Delft, Zürich, and Aachen, students can specialize in the areas of hydrocarbon exploration and management (crude oil, natural gas, and carbon) or environmental and engineering geophysics (including the exploration and management of geothermic energy resources). As a result, graduates of the program are prepared as much as possible for the demands of the international job market.
Detailed information about the admission requirements, program content and locations, the organization of the program, and registration can be found on the IDEA League website.

You can find exact procedures from the Master course of study website.
Module Handbook and Examination Regulations
The module handbook provides a description of all modules of a degree program and offers a comprehensive insight into the program contents.
The examination regulations are comprised of legally binding provisions on learning objectives, prerequisites for study, the course structure and processes, and examination procedures.
Regulations that generally apply to all Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, including information on language proficiency requirements, can be found in RWTH's General Examination Regulations. These general regulations are further specified and complemented by the subject-specific examination regulations.
If two examination regulations are valid for a degree program during a transition phase, the most current version shall apply to students enrolling in the program for the first time.
Please note that only the German examination regulations are legally binding.
