Talk as part of the RWTHextern lecture series "Artificial Intelligence and Global Security: Quo Vadis?"

 

Science and technology have the potential to influence global security and peace. The series Artificial Intelligence and Global Security: Quo Vadis? delves into the world of artificial intelligence and looks at the technical, ethical, security, and political issues surrounding it.

On Friday, May 24, 2019, Professor Armin Grunwald, Head of the Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT for short, will give the third talk in the lecture series, this time focusing on the topic of "Artificial Intelligence: Military Use of Civil Research? Holding Research Responsible." The event starts at 6:30pm at Generali Hall, Super C, Templergraben 57 in Aachen.

The talk will be held in German and is free of charge, with no registration required.
