Responsibilities
The Vice-Rector for Human Resources Management and Development is responsible for the development and realization of measures that are part of the Human Resources Development Concept and Promotion of Young Professionals, taking equal opportunities and an appreciation for diversity into consideration. This includes responsibility for the sustainable establishment of family-friendly work and research structures. As the RWTH Aachen Appointment Officer she is also responsible for quality assurance and equal opportunities regarding appointment procedures.
