Current Information

The Central Examination Office has returned to offering face-to-face office hours.

However, you will have to book individual appointments using our booking tool. Please note that in-person appointments will only be offered for students with one of the following non-subject-specific matters:

• Submission of final theses
• Collection of transcripts of record and degree completion certificates
• Completion of certificates (such as Form Sheet 5, Extension of Rental Period)

Of course, you continue to have the opportunity to send your documents via email and use the after-hours mailbox for your submissions.

The in-person office hours take place: Mondays 9 to 10am, Tuesdays 1 to 2pm, Wednesdays 9 to 10am, and Thursdays 1 to 2pm (Super C building).

For all subject-specific concerns, you can get in touch with the responsible case worker by email, telephone, or during our Zoom consultation hours.

Information on Zoom consultation hours and the respective links are available on the web pages of our ZPA contact persons. You do not have to book an appointment to participate in our Zoom offerings. Please note, however, the legal information on the use of Zoom.

Since we can only roughly estimate the demand for our in-person and online consultation services, we will evaluate the model we have now introduced and reserve the right to change our office hours accordingly.
