The University Festival on June 20, 2020 is aimed at all residents of the city and region of Aachen as well as all RWTH members. On this day, we would like to show you who and what is behind RWTH Aachen University and that we are an open university that invites you to get involved with us.
On a circular route that takes in Templergraben, Schinkelstraße, C.A.R.L. lecture hall complex, Audimax, and Wüllnerstraße, you can listen to music performed on a large stage, see an exhibition in the mining building, and try out various activities in and in front of the Institute for Structural Mechanics and Lightweight Design.
Student initiatives will be presented on a student mile at Audimax. In the Kids’ Area at C.A.R.L. there will not only be fun activities offered by the Schülerlabore – pupil labs – and children's lectures, but also the 100th edition of the Kinderuni – Children's University – with Rector Professor Rüdiger.
The Talbot parking lot will be turned into an automotive area and Schinkelstraße a research mile with a wide range of offers from all faculties.
