Target Group and Requirements
The course is aimed at all those who wish to increase concentration while studying, improve their performance in sport or banish their fears. Mental training is a promising tool for anyone who wishes to develop their personality.
Content and Goals
In mental training we gain, through the use of relaxation and visualization techniques, as well as a more receptive state of consciousness, access to our subconscious. Here the different areas of our brain interact differently than in our rational everyday mind. On the one hand, the brain learns to implement new abilities automatically and with ease. On the other hand, it enables us to process content on a deep, emotional level.
Please bring a blanket, as well as a pillow if you like!
Please bring comfortable clothing and warm socks.
