Geschwister-Scholl-Straße Temporarily Closed

Currently, a new lecture hall center accommodating more than 4,200 students is being built on Claßenstraße, Aachen.  The new center has about 14,000 m² of floor space and provides space for 11 lecture halls, 16 seminar rooms, and a café, as well as study areas, a room for the physics collection, and storage facilities. As part of the construction works, a heavy-duty crane will be assembled and then used to lift large steel beams into position. For this reason, between March 20 and April 15, 2013, Geschwister-Scholl-Straße will be closed to the public.
