Securing raw materials is not only a central objective of an industrial nation such as Germany, it is rather a global problem,” emphasized Professor Ralf Littke, the Dean of the Faculty of Georesources and Materials Engineering, on the occasion of the farewell celebration for this year's graduates. In his address, he also made the future professionals aware of their societal responsibilities. The celebration event, which was also attended by the graduates' family and relatives, took place in the main building of RWTH Aachen University.
