2nd Aachen Conference "Mobility and Transport"

The 2nd Aachen Conference "Mobility and Transport" or ACMoVe will take place on September 19 and 20 at the RWTH Aachen SuperC. The title of ACMoVe 2013 is "User-friendly Mobility – Trends, Challenges and Innovations" and focuses on the user perspective of the future shape of mobility in cities. The conference is targeted towards scientists and developers in all fields of mobility, urban development, infrastructure, and transport and offers a platform for interdisciplinary transfer.

The two-day program is broken down into sessions that focus on the thematic focuses of sustainable intermodal passenger mobility and mobility scenarios for the city of the future, freight traffic and logistics, satellite supported technologies, and electromobility.

ACMoVE is a component of the RWTH Aachen "Mobility and Transport Engineering" profile area, which displays the university's diverse skills in this field.
