Staff Development in Academia

About 200 participants are expected to attend the symposium "Staff Development in Academia – Sustainable Strategies for Universities" on October 1 and 2, 2013, in Aachen. Prof. Doris Klee, RWTH Vice-Rector of Human Resources Management and Development invited representatives from universities and research organizations to speak at the symposium. They will highlight the current state of development of the topic staff development at universities and will present "best practice" examples. The symposium will take place in the RWTH Aachen Main Building, Templergraben 55 in Aachen.
