Wish Tree at RWTH

26/11/2019

Charity Christmas presents at Super C on December 17, 2019.

Children and young people at a youth service center in the Burtscheid district of Aachen, who are in care due to stressful life experiences, will once again be able to see one of their Christmas wishes come true this year. The charity Christmas campaign is being organized for the twelfth time by the Chair of Economics for Engineers and Natural Scientists at RWTH Aachen University and Rotaract Club Aachen, which is part of Rotary International. Professor Malte Brettel, vice-rector for industry and business relations, will hand the gifts over in a small ceremony in the foyer of the Super C building at 5pm on Tuesday, December 17.

Anyone can help. A Christmas tree adorned with wishes written on pieces of paper is now in the foyer of Super C. Simply take a wish from the tree and write your name on the list. Hand in the wrapped gift worth around 20 euros, including the child's name and wish, to the Info Desk at Super C by Friday, December 13, 2019. The Info Desk is open from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
