As a postdoc, making crucial career decisions can be a daunting task. Pursuing an academic path or entering the professional world outside the university remains a tough choice. Notably, the qualifications required for both paths may differ. However, deciding earlier on the ideal course allows you to position yourself effectively in your desired field. By taking advantage of the remaining time at university, you can efficiently direct your further education towards your career goals.
By attending the workshop, you will gain essential insights that will guide your career choices and enable you to make informed decisions that align with your aspirations.
The workshop provides a platform to:
Analyze your personal competence profile, which encompasses your professional and interdisciplinary skills, practical experience, and personal aspirations.
Identify fields of interest in both academia and industry.
Develop a career plan tailored to your chosen field and outline the necessary competencies to achieve your professional objectives.
