Employee appraisals are the most important tool for a partnership-based and goal-oriented approach to employees. Whether as a delegation, development, recognition, criticism or appraisal meeting: the appraisal meeting is leadership in action!
The motivation of employees can be decisively promoted through appraisal interviews; commitment and performance are positively influenced. Employees are encouraged to further develop important competencies.
Please note: This offer consists of a workshop day in the group and an approx. 45-minute individual coaching session for each participant on the 2nd day. The time slots for the individual discussions will be agreed upon in advance.
