TANDEMplus Begins Its Fifth Run

Aside from general support in the academic and business fields, focus is placed on strengthening personal potential, expanding knowledge of structures, processes, informal rules of the game, and further developing management and leadership skills. Furthermore, participation enables individuals to expand their networks and contacts more easily.

The declared objectives of TANDEMplus are to make female junior scientists visible in the natural and engineering sciences and to support them in their development to becoming leaders. Furthermore, the female scientists are expected to become positive role models for future generations.

Applications for the next round can be submitted till July 5, 2014. Candidates are selected based on a written application and interview.
