29/06/2015

The presentation on July 3, 2015, introduces proven learning strategies to facilitate a smooth transition from school to university.

The transition from school to university brings many new experiences and challenges. The Student Advice Center at RWTH Aachen recommends new students to familiarize themselves with methods that help to organize learning activities to make learning more systematic and effective. In this way, the review of lecture notes and preparation for exams, for example, can be improved and made easier.

The event takes place as part of the “A Good Academic Start in Engineering” initiative, but it is also open to anyone interested to attend. Participation is free of charge; registration is not required.

The presentation is scheduled to take place from 5:30 to 6:15pm, Lecture Hall Fo3, Kármán-Auditorium. Your instructor is Christine Frank, Dipl.-Psych., from the Student Advice Center.
