Title
Psychosocial Health Prevention and work standards: Training for OSH Professionals and Executives
Concept
Although mandated by law, less than 30% of European companies have psychosocial risk assessment implemented in their occupational safety and health (OSH) management. The main reason identified for the policy-practice gap is the lack of knowledge on the process and content. The goal of PsyHealth worXs! is to establish an online training to OSH professionals & executives on which steps to take in the conduction of a psychosocial risk assessment. The development of the online material will be based on scientific ground and guided by a needs assessment in terms of co-creation activities with the target audience. In addition, the MOOC Material can than be tailored to company specific needs by establishing a sponsorship in the course of the project to scale out the product to the European market. In the end, distributing the knowledge of PsyHealth worXs! will strengthen prevention and optimize work standards for employees at their workplace.
