Successful and interdisciplinary research requires networking and exchange. As a place to be, RWTH aims to offer professors opportunities to get to know each other, discuss new ideas, and highlight topics of important at the University together.

Once a year the RWTH rector and chancellor invite the professors to the Melaten Talks. The Melaten Talks offer RWTH Aachen professors a framework and opportunity to network, discuss their work, and talk with decision makers in science and politics. Together with the events from the Faculty Club and Center for Professional Leadership, CPL for short, we are living out a culture of togetherness and openness at the University.
