DAAD Award 2016 for International Students at RWTH Aachen

The DAAD award serves to recognize international students and doctoral candidates with outstanding academic performance who also excel in their social and intercultural engagement.

 

RWTH Aachen University faculties, university organizations, RWTH student associations and the AStA student union can nominate international students and doctoral candidates with outstanding academic performance who also excel in their social and intercultural engagement for the 2016 DAAD Award.

Eligible for nomination are experienced students in higher semesters, recent graduates, and doctoral candidates at RWTH Aachen.

Exchange students and students who have acquired a German university entrance qualification – so-called Bildungsinländer – are not eligible for nomination. This also applies to students who have already received the DAAD Award.

Please send your nominations via email to Ms. Azadeh Hartmann-Alampour by September 30, 2016. For each nominee, please include a curriculum vita, a current academic record, and a description of extracurricular social and intercultural achievements.

A selection committee will review the nominations and select the prize winner. The award will be presented at the end of 2016.
