RWTH Enrollment Hits New Record High

9,843 new students enrolled for the 2016/17 winter semester. This raises the total number of students to a record high of 44,517.

 

Currently, 32 percent of the student body are female, 19 percent are international students.

6,582 of the new students enrolled for a Bachelor's course of study or a degree program in medicine of dentistry.

3,261 started a Master's course of study at RWTH, 40 percent of whom completed their Bachelor's degree at another university.
