RWTH Angel Tree Program

17/11/2016

As in the years before, Aachen's people are once again called upon to fulfill the Christmas wishes of children, teenagers and young adults of youth welfare center Burtscheid.

To that end, there will be a Christmas tree with tags of wishes set up in the foyer of the SuperC building starting on November 21, 2016. For those wanting to participate in this initiative, they can take a wish tag from the tree and enter their name in the list that is provided nearby. The wrapped present, with the name of the child and their wish attached, can be dropped off at the SuperC info desk from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4pm.

This charitable Christmas event, which is now taking place for the ninth time running, is being organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship group (WIN) of RWTH, and furthermore by Rotary International and the youth organization Rotaract. Professor Malte Brettel, RWTH Vice Rector for Industry and Business Relations, will pass along the presents to the children and youths in the SuperC foyer on December 21, 2016 at 5pm.
