Description

Employee appraisals are the most important tool for a partnership-based and goal-oriented approach to employees. Whether as a delegation, development, recognition, criticism or appraisal meeting: the appraisal meeting is leadership in action!

The motivation of employees can be decisively promoted through appraisal interviews; commitment and performance are positively influenced. Employees are encouraged to further develop important competencies.

Objective

Please note: This offer consists of a workshop day in the group and an approx. 45-minute individual coaching session for each participant on the 2nd day. The time slots for the individual discussions will be agreed upon in advance.

Day 1:

In this seminar, you will have the opportunity to practice employee appraisals of various kinds. Among other things, we will also cover the review with employees at RWTH Aachen University. You will acquire central interview techniques from the areas of problem solving, consultation, assessment and receive individual feedback on your personal interview behavior so that you can further develop your communicative competence in a targeted manner.

Day 2:

On the second day, you will have the opportunity to receive individual help from the trainer on how to conduct a conversation and to reflect on challenging conversation situations.

Methods

Day 1: Individual, group and plenary work, impulse presentations by the trainer, several practical sequences for training employee discussions.
