How do unconscious biases arise? How does our individual bias influence our perception and our actions? What does "bias" mean?

In this interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to examine their own professional actions and develop strategies for dealing with unconscious bias using their own/practical examples.

Anke Kautz has been working for more than 10 years as a trainer for gender diversity, conflict management, mediator and coach in scientific institutions, public authorities and small and medium-sized enterprises. She is a qualified media consultant and has 25 years of experience as a journalist.
