Description

Because communication practice is not about what we say but about where we`re coming from and how we say it - this training will focus on the skills necessary to transform communication into a vehicle for greater honesty, clarity and compassion.

You will learn how to lead with presence, stay curious and focus on what matters. That will lead to some basic principles which will be introduced and deepened with a variety of practices.

We will discover topics like

·         the power of mindfulness,

·         relational awareness,

·         how to stop the blame game,

·         centered and deep listening,

·         emotional agility and

·         how to raise an issue without starting a fight.

In the end you will have experienced how to be in the flow of dialogue and how to stay connected with yourself and the others instead of fighting to be heard or against losing the discussion.
