Description

In universities and research institutions, research and internal activities are being organized as projects. Professional project management supports the effective and efficient execution of these projects. Building on the basic course "Project Management Fundamentals", this course imparts knowledge and skills that are important for managing complex projects in traditional, agile and hybrid environments on the one hand and represent interfaces to other relevant and related disciplines of project management on the other. Thus, in this seminar, advanced and extending topics of project management, such as requirements management, project controlling, innovation management, digital transformation, multi-project management are taught in order to successfully manage various types and sizes of projects.

The seminar provides in-depth and related knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project management and its practical application. The following content awaits you:
