We provide you with a day's workshop dedicated to your personal growth (and with personal coaching thereafter if you wish).

Objective

Understand and manage your success factors.

Limit your risk through understanding and learning your personal / individual strategies for achievement.

Methods

Individual and group exercises and discussion to understand past personal success and non-success situations, current situation and what you personally need most to move on. Work on individual and group as well as network resources to widen the individual success portfolio.

Content

Workshop to understand how you worked and achieved so far and where you think your achses for development are.

Benchmark yourself among others going through a similar challenge.

Personal Coaching to deal with your personal factors and your individual situation to develop your personal success strategy.

Because each individual is different, he or she needs individual approaches based on general thought concepts.

The communication will be online - either in the group or with the Coach and tailored around your individual skill set and priorities.

Content:

  • General information – situation of Phd candidates across Germany

  • Team work – exchange about current suitation & benchmark

  • Team work – self evaluation & identification of current skill set

  • Team work – development axes – in which area will I expand my skill set?

  • Conclusion – which are the main axes identified and which solutions does the team provide as best practises?

  • Individual coaching – how to implement - based on individual skill set, development axes and best practises as well as your personal situation
