Description

Leading the project team effectively without hierarchical power and formal competence means: Establishing and managing a capable and motivated project team; making sure that everyone pulls together and has the collective goal in mind. In this seminar you will gain a key competence of project management: leading and motivating project teams.

Objective

You will learn how to lead without hierarchical power and what effects this approach has.

You know how to deal with disruptions in the project and master difficult situations.

You will be introduced to the requirements profile of project managers and learn how to effectively manage the project team with leadership and communication models. The following content awaits you:
