The training teaches the basics of Scrum in a compact form and deepens them through examples and practical exercises. The following contents await you:

• The importance of agile values

• Overview of the Scrum framework

• Roles in Scrum (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Members)

• Events (Sprint, Sprint Planning, Sprint Goal, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective)

• Artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Definition of Done, Increments)

• Experience Scrum meetings & self-organization and continuous improvement for yourself

• Using an example, the roles are practiced and important basic techniques are deepened.
