Description
Agile methods have established themselves in recent years as genuine alternatives to classic project management. In this context, Scrum in particular has made a name for itself as a process model in project and product development and is enjoying increasing popularity.
Learn the basics of Scrum as an agile working method in a one-day overview in this training!
Objective
You will learn the importance of agile values and resulting principles. You will understand the roles, events and artifacts of the Scrum framework and how they interact. You will be able to implement the knowledge gained in concrete project situations.
