Staff Unit: Relationship Management
The Staff Unit: Relationship Management is a structural part of the RWTH Aachen Central University Administration.
Our Responsibilities
Our staff supervises the central responsibilities for managing partnerships and liaisons with the university. The division offers a broad spectrum of services for alumni and brings together the interests of external partners from industry, society, and graduates with those of RWTH Aachen. This way, good ideas with commitment are guided to an optimal result for both sides.
Alumni
RWTH Alumni is the central and free network for contact, information, and career for graduates from all faculties at RWTH Aachen. As alumni of tomorrow, students from today are also actively included. We offer students and graduates a series of possibilities to establish and maintain contact with their Alma Mater and other graduates.
Sponsoring & Fundraising
Additional funds for financing RWTH Aachen development projects are raised though Fundraising. Sponsoring measures, donations, foundations, endowments, and inheritances are supervised, which contribute to the promotion of education and research at high level. We offer sponsors the possibility to share in the innovative strength of one of the best German universities. Scholarships
Deutschlandstipendium scholarships are awarded through the Education Fund as RWTH Aachen's central scholarship program. These scholarships, intended for particularly outstanding RWTH Aachen students, are endowed with 300 Euros, and are funded by alumni, private individuals, endowments, and companies, and co-financed by state and federal funds. The division is responsible for raising funds for the scholarships, the application process, selection, supervision of the scholarship recipients and donors, and for advising the faculties.
Career Center
The Career Center is the first point of contact for all questions on topics such as entering the job market, job opportunities, and career planning. If offers a comprehensive program of seminars and career training opportunities, advising sessions, and helps you to master your first steps in the professional world.
