03/05/2018

The Research Unit for Economics and Social History and History of Technology, headed by Professor Paul Thomes invites the public to a lecture and discussion with Martin Randelhoff, who runs the blog "www.zukunft-mobilitaet.net."

The event will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 6:15 to 7:45pm in Hörsaal HKW 2, Wüllnerstr.1 in Aachen. Admission is free of charge.

Martin Randelhoff made a name for himself throughout Germany as the founder of the blog. He advises not only the German government but also big mobility companies. He has received numerous awards and is counted as an important influencer and "future makers" in this field. His website covers all facets of mobility and offers an ideal platform for reflection and discussion of alternatives and possible solutions. His goal to create holistic, process-oriented strategies for sustainable and efficient mobility in the future. To achieve this, one must consider the past, present, and future at all times.

The event is part of Professor Thomes' module "Perspectives in Mobility" in the interdisciplinary Leondardo Project.
