In this four-hour workshop, female students and graduates learn what is important in salary negotiations. They learn suitable arguments and strategies – and why they should always keep an eye on salary developments in the long run.
What am I worth and how do I successfully negotiate my salary at the start of a job? The first salary negotiation can be challenging. Studies show that even in highly qualified fields, female graduates start out with lower salaries than male graduates do – twelve per cent on average – and despite often better qualifications and grades. And this income gap increases year by year. But you can avoid the gender pay gap: With good preparation and the right strategy.
