How Can Parents Help Their Children with Choosing a Course of Study?

Parents of upper-level school students are invited to attend the presentation by the RWTH Student Advice Center.

The target group for this event by the Student Advice Center are the parents of upper-level students attending secondary school – such as Gymnasium, Gesamtschule and Berufskolleg – or vocational schools. The presentation is scheduled to take place Tuesday, November 13, from 6:30 to 8:00pm at Reiff-Museum, Room R5, Schinkelstraße 1. Registration is not required.

Parents are important and influential advisors of their children when it comes to their decision about what to study. Speaker Dr. Mandana Biegi, head of the RWTH Aachen Student Advice Cetner, aims to inform parents how they can fulfill this role in a responsible and helpful manner.

Please note that the event is explicitly directed at parents and not at school students seeking to obtain information on university study.
