Aachen Road Construction and Transport Days

The conference is scheduled to be held on November 24 and 25, 2022. 

The Aachen Road Construction and Transport Days are jointly hosted by the RWTH Institute of Highway Engineering, the SETAC research association, and the Association of Road and Transport Engineers in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The hybrid event will focus on the topics of maintaining the road infrastructure, pollutants in and innovative construction methods for tunnels, traffic safety, analysis methods for asphalt, the transformation of traffic management centers, and the "Digital Twin of the Road” Collaborative Research Center. On Thursday, November 24, 2022, at 5:30 pm, there will be a lecture and subsequent panel discussion on “The Availability of Bridges.”
