RWTH India Alumni Insights – Sustainability and Waste Management

Sustainability and waste management in India – that was the topic of Anil Gokarn’s exciting online talk on February 10, 2023. The RWTH alumnus actually has a professional background in the automotive industry, but decided to get involved in sustainable waste management in India in 2012. He founded ProEarth Ecosystems, a social enterprise that focuses on integrating holistic waste systems into communities and, in particular, enabling composting. The organization also conducts workshops and provides expertise in the area of sustainability and waste management.
