Designated ZPA Contacts

Here, you’ll find the designated contacts at the Central Examination Office for each degree program, including their contact details and office hours.

Note for Incoming Exchange Students: Your designated contacts can be found on the Designated ZPA Contacts for Incoming Exchange Students webpage.

If you’re a former student and cannot find your degree program in the list, don’t worry. Simply email us at zpa@zhv.rwth-aachen.de, and we will forward your request to the appropriate contact.

Please note: For final thesis submissions or other documents with urgent deadlines, please use the after-hours mailbox outside the RWTH Main Building. Send other documents, such as grade deletion applications or free exam attempt requests, to your designated contact via email. Use our Doctor’s Notes Submission Portal to upload doctor’s notes or medical certificates for withdrawing from an exam due to illness.
